The following is only for those who have been accepted into the 2019-2020 Communication at End-of-Life Education Fund (CEoL Fund).
The CEoL Fund’s wave one training consists of a series of two-day workshops to provide Ontario’s Long-term care (LTC) Trainers with educational resources for teaching palliative and end-of-life communication skills to personal support workers in LTC.
Long-term care home educators who have been accepted into the 2019-2020 CEoL Fund. will receive two (2) hours of self-directed training modules to be completed prior to attending the CEoL: Train-the-Trainer Workshop.
